In-service nurses who are Registered Nurses and Registered Midwives (RNRM) having a 10+2 qualification with a three-year Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) along with a minimum requirement of two years of prior experience in the concerned profession following the registration as RNRM.
- Class X:
In-service nurses who have been recognized as Registered Nurses and Registered Midwives (RNRM) possessing a Class X or its equivalent with an additional three-year Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) along with a minimum requirement of five years of prior work experience in the concerned profession, following the registration as RNRM.
Prior to announcing its admission procedure, IGNOU had released its 2021 Prospectus for the BSc Nursing Programme. The former notifications include the dates for the much-awaited B.Ed entrance examination. The B.Ed programme entrance exam of IGNOU for the 2021 session will be held on April 11, 2021.
