All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS)

The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Delhi has recently issued notification inviting online applications getting admissions in B.Sc Nursing/Nursing(Post Basic)/B.Sc (Paramedical Courses) entrance exam.

According to the notification released, the candidates are required to fulfil the below mentioned eligibility criteria:

  1. For B.Sc Nursing: Candidates applying for this course must qualify 10+2 level of examination from any recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with a minimum score of at least 55% marks for unreserved category and 50% marks for SC/ST category.
  • For Post B.Sc Nursing: Candidates applying for this course must qualify 10+2 level of examination from any recognized board by Indian Nursing Council. Further, diploma holders in General and midwifery will also be eligible to apply for the same. With this, the candidates are needed to get themselves registered as nurse, registered nurse (RN) and registered midwife (RM) with state nursing council.
  • For B.Sc (Paramedical Courses): Candidate must qualify their 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Mathematics and English with a minimum score of at least 50% marks for unreserved category/EWS/OBC and 45% marks for SC/ST category. 
  • Application fees: Candidates are required to pay their application fees via online mode using debit card/ credit card/ net banking

The examination will be based on objective type questions conducted via online mode. The question paper will consist of four sections and for each correct answer 1 mark will be provided and 1/3rd will be deducted for wrong answer.

The submissions of online application form have been released and the last date for the same is 06th April 2021 and the correction window will remain open from 9th April to 15th April 2021. For more updates, stay tuned at official website.
